Some new problems added in the Pock Stones Area.

Jon Fullwood has bagged the first recorded ascent of Gladiator’s Arête on the Roman Walls at Roundhill.  He has named the problem Veni Vidi Vici and it weighs in at 7a+.  This was back in March of this year (2016). A collection of small blocks in an elevated position. Nicely located on the walk up to Lord’s Seat from Red Gate. Good for those that enjoy a walk and climb. Font 2 to 7a.

Seems to have been a fair bit of activity – so we’ve  added an update that includes all problems recorded so far.

Arnagill Crags Alex Thomson has produced an ace new topo to this crag.  It covers the walls between the Roundhill boulders and Clint Crags. There are some good looking problems and choice projects to go at.

A very fine looking new problem has been done by a chap called Alex. Looking forward to having a go at it. Don’t forget send us details of your new problems so we can update the topos!

And there’s more. Check out the new 7a+ from Adam Brown on the Lower Tier. Looks great but I’m going to wait for cool conditions before giving it a go!

The Ash Head boulders keep on giving. A couple of new additions in the main jumble and the beginning of development of the Heading East area by Chris and El O’Connel (on their honeymoon!) and Adam Brown.
