Please keep to the country code when out and about and be careful to check the Natural England Open Access Maps (there are links on this site) and the BMC RAD https://www.thebmc.co.uk/modules/RAD/ . In particular there is often a total ban on dogs from parts of grouse moors even where notices are not found at access points.
There have been an increasing number of situations where, though access has not been and issue in the past, climbers are now unwelcome. We are aware that sometimes this is on open access land but experience suggests it may be best to keep away for sites identified as being sensitive for the moment and until the current crisis is over.
